Lawrence Gillman

Student at Heidelberg International School since 2007. He was part of the first cohort of IB diploma students and graduated at H.I.S. in 2011.

Monika Handwerker

Teacher at Heidelberg International School, H.I.S. since 2000. She gained many years of teaching experience in the field of curative education and social therapy prior to that. Her connection to Africa began in the 1980’s where she worked for seven years in South Africa and Botswana.
